1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pak360 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to all products offered on pak360, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, dice, crash games, and any other gaming or entertainment services made available from time to time.

pak360 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use pak360:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of pak360 or any of its associated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from pak360 or a related platform.

pak360 reserves the right to request age verification documentation (including a copy of your CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification) at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on pak360, you must register a single player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable.

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your name or under different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances accrued through such conduct.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or OTP codes with any third party. pak360 will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Account accuracy: You must notify pak360 promptly if any of your registered information changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may result in all winnings being voided.
• KYC verification: pak360 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Payments

All pak360 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made using the following methods currently supported by the Platform:

• JazzCash — Instant credit. Minimum deposit Rs 200.
• Easypaisa — Instant credit. Minimum deposit Rs 200.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah — Bank transfer. Processing time 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on bank clearing times.

pak360 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet or banking provider may apply their standard transaction charges, for which pak360 bears no responsibility.

Deposits are accepted for gaming purposes only. You must ensure that any funds deposited have been obtained lawfully. pak360 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that appear unusual or exceed certain thresholds, and to delay or refuse withdrawal of funds pending satisfactory explanation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or otherwise verified by pak360.
• First-time withdrawals or requests exceeding Rs 50,000 require successful completion of KYC verification (CNIC plus selfie).
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

pak360 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not previously associated with the relevant pak360 account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak360 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all pak360 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless stated, bonuses are available once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Abuse: pak360 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal play.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance without notice.
• Variation: pak360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the change.

7. Gameplay Rules

Each game available on pak360 is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface or in associated help documentation. General gameplay conditions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or modified after placement and confirmation by the platform.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing error, pak360 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the relevant game (card dealt, wheel landing position, etc.). For RNG games and pak360 Original games (Dice, Crash, Mines Grand), outcomes are determined by certified random algorithms or provably fair cryptographic methods respectively.
• pak360 accepts bets in PKR only. Wagers are deducted from your account balance immediately upon placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within each game interface. pak360 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak360 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one pak360 account.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or pak360 employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using pak360 as a mechanism to launder funds.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pak360 games or systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards pak360 staff or other players.
• Charging back or reversing a payment made to pak360 without prior resolution through the official support process.

9. Responsible Gaming

pak360 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools which are accessible at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time alerts: Configure reminders about the duration of your current session.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration chosen and cannot be reversed on request during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak360 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of pak360 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pak360.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. pak360's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak360 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or immune from security breaches. We take reasonable steps to maintain service availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly in circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

pak360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• pak360 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order.
• A player has self-excluded or requested account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, pak360 reserves the right to void any outstanding bonuses and, where fraud or abuse has occurred, to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Account closures for non-breach reasons (e.g. player-requested closure or regulatory compliance) will result in the return of verified, non-bonus account balances via the player's registered payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pak360 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits pak360's right to seek emergency or interim relief in any jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

pak360 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak360 will provide reasonable notice via a banner on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
